Cacti and rocks!

Training continues unabated for the Tour Divide route here in New Mexico. Now, this could be the fact that we just simply feel that we want to be fully prepared to ride the divide, or it could be that we simply have a love of riding our bikes. It could also be both!

This quick ride had the benefit of offering some scenic views of the iconic Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Monument (OMDPNM) and the plentiful and beautiful cacti blooming in southern NM. We also had the chance to see a grumpy little guy out on the tril..no not Shane or Ray!!!

Shane had the opportunity to ride with his wife Lola on this one…lucky guy!!
